BLT's and Muenster Hash Recipe!

Muenster Hash for 1
1 /12 cup shredded hash browns
1/8 cup Yellow Peppers, diced
1/8 cup Red Peppers, diced
1/8 cup Green Peppers, diced
1/8 cup Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
6 Tbsp Butter
Black Pepper
Salt (Himalayan)
1 slice Muenster cheese

BLT for 1
3 pieces Thick Cut Bacon
1 large Romaine leaf lettuce
2 slices Tomato
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 slices Wheat bread, toasted

This was so pretty I just had to share it.

Over medium-high heat position bacon flat on skillet. Cook till brown, approximately 7 minutes, then flip on other side.

Remove bacon from pan and place on paper towels.

Lay toast on plate and spread with mayonnaise.

Cut lettuce and slice tomato.

Add lettuce on one slice of toast. Then place tomatoes on lettuce and sprinkle with pepper. Add Bacon on other slice.
Now that's a happy sandwich face!
Lay sides on top of each other and cut in half. Stack on top of each other and add pick for presentation.

Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and evenly spread hash browns in pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add peppers and onions.

Cook approximately 7 minutes. Check bottom with spatula. If golden brown flip brown over.

Flip browns twice more then with spatula bunch into a pile. If making more than one serving separate into serving portion. Add Muenster and cover for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted..

Plate BLT, browns and grapes. Enjoy!
