Cheese Sticks and Chocolate Rolls!


Serves two
1 can crescent rolls
1 semi-sweet baking square
1 clove garlic
5 Tbsp. butter
2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese


1. Grease baking pan with butter.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. Arrange dough triangles into twos with side by side with opposite ends touching. You should have four rectangles.
4. With butter knife seam together sides by pressing along cuts of dough.


5. Soften butter in microwave for 6 seconds and spread onto dough.
6. Grate chocolate square onto two of the rectangles.
7. Roll dough and press ends to close in chocolate.
8. Grate cheese and cover other two rectangles of dough.
9. Melt remaining butter and garlic in microwave and spoon onto cheese.
10. Bake approximately 8 minutes or until golden brown.

11. Cut and enjoy!
